How far in advance should I order?▾
Ideally 2–3 days in advance so I can source the freshest flowers for your specific request. Next-day orders are often possible too — just text me and I'll let you know what I can do.
Where do you deliver?▾
Pickup is free in West Covina and Pasadena. Local delivery is available throughout the San Gabriel Valley and parts of the IE for a small fee depending on distance — I'll include the delivery cost in your quote.
How do I pay?▾
Once your quote is confirmed, half of the total is due as a nonrefundable deposit — this covers the flowers I go pick up for you. The remaining half is due on pickup or delivery. I accept Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and cash.
Can I request specific flowers or colors?▾
Absolutely! That's the whole point — every bouquet is custom. Tell me your favorite flowers, colors to avoid, allergies, or anything else you want. Sending inspiration pics is highly encouraged — the more reference I have, the closer I can get to your vision.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?▾
Changes are no problem up to 24 hours before pickup. After that I'll likely have already bought the flowers, so changes may not be possible. Note that the deposit is nonrefundable once the order is confirmed.
How long will the flowers last?▾
With proper care (fresh water, trimmed stems, cool spot), most arrangements last 10–14 days. I'll include care tips with every order so you get the longest life out of your flowers.
Do you do events and large orders?▾
Yes! Quinceañeras, weddings, baby showers, birthdays — I do bridal bouquets, multiple matching bouquets, and custom event flowers. Reach out 1–2 weeks ahead for bigger orders so I can plan properly.
